This second hand 38 x 12 Swift Moselle is situated in the heart of the caravan park, nestled in the woodland, on a private secure plot. A short 10-minute walk takes you to the Kent estuary with views over the bay in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The exterior of the plot has a grassed area to the side with decked steps leading to the entrance of the van. To the rear, a patio and decked area with wooden shed & metal cabinet for storage. An electric lawn mower is included in the sale.

The open plan living area features fitted wrap around sofas, including a pull out bed, dining table with 4 chairs, gas fire, 32” TV, DVD player & has a connection point to the Park's Hi-Speed Internet System. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, grill & hob, full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & a full range of cutlery and crockery. This van has been maintained to a high standard and is available immediately.

  • Rent and Park Charges for 2023 caravans is £3645.40. (inclusive of VAT)
  • Rent and Park Charges for 2023 lodges is £4400.12. (inclusive of VAT)
  • Season runs from 10th of February to the 10th of December 2023.
  • Rent cover water, rates and use of Wi-Fi; hi-Speed Wi-Fi is available across the park.
  • Gas bottles to be bought through the cafe, New Barns will deliver them to your plot and connect them into place. (47kg costs £80 including VAT)
  • Each plot has its own electricity meter which is read 2-3 times each season and billed by invoice. (Current unit price is 34p including VAT)
  • All caravans and lodges must be insured.
  • For park wide safety you must have an annual service for your gas appliances - to be arranges through the park office.
  • NB: Caravans to be replaced after 15 full seasons
