Welcome to our Park

If you are interested in owning a static caravan on our site, the first thing we would recommend is to book an appointment with us to come and look round the park and view our empty plots. Choosing your Caravan

Holiday homes have a life span on our park of 15 years, after which you can either walk away or replace your caravan with a brand new one. If you are interested in renting one of our empty plots please see the list of our approved suppliers below. All caravans on our park must be purchased from one of these suppliers, the van must be new, or new and manufactured in the last 2 years, and be no wider than 12ft. If you visit these websites you will be able to review the product offering and make further enquiries respective to any caravan you particularly like.  We work very closely with our approved suppliers; they know our park well & can offer a lot of good advice. Please note that not all models offered by these companies will be suitable either for the Park or the plot size so it is very important that you contact us before you make any commitment to buy to ensure that your chosen caravan can be delivered on site and falls within the plot and our park licence requirements.

 

Delivery & Siting Your Caravan

The cost of transporting your van to our park is charged to you directly from the supplier, they will let you know the cost of this. Once your caravan has been delivered safely to our site, New Barns Caravan Park will take over the responsibility for siting it.  We have been siting caravans for over 40 years and have a wealth of experience respective to any grounds work which may be required on the plot that you have chosen to rent. From here you would have a conversation with one of our team about the design of your plot and any decking or fencing you may want. This work must be carried out by New Barns. It is important to ensure you have sufficient funds in your budget to accommodate any landscaping requirements that are necessary in developing the final presentation of your plot.
