The Victory Coaster is a wonderfully modern and attractive holiday home; It is a 6 berth, with 2 bedrooms, double glazing and gas central heating. The generous lounge area, has a vaulted ceiling and features comfortable wrap-around seating, storage footstool, coffee table, TV and FreeSat box, modern electric fire, co-ordinated curtains and fabrics. There is a pull out double bed for those extra visitors. The kitchen dining area has a host of cupboards, a fully fitted gas oven with a separate grill, an externally vented cooker hood, integrated fridge / freezer, microwave and a table with four chairs. The gas central heating and hot water is served by a combi-boiler situated in a convenient cupboard which also provides more storage. The main bedroom has a full length wardrobe, a shorter double wardrobe with 2 full width drawers, a dressing table with mirror and sockets as well as extra storage over the double bed. It also has access to the main shower room which has a WC, basin and a good sizes shower with integral shelving. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe with internal drawers and a dressing table. There is also a separate WC with hand basin. Entry through a secure gate and fencing gives access to the caravan which also leads to a sizable lower tiered flagged patio. On the upper tier there is a very large decked are with a fixed gazebo. The plot also includes a glass topped exterior table with 5 rattan chairs, 2 rattan sun loungers, a side table and a rattan easy chair with cushion. Also included in the sale is a cushion storage box and boot storage box.

  • Rent and Park Charges for 2023 caravans is £3645.40. (inclusive of VAT)
  • Rent and Park Charges for 2023 lodges is £4400.12. (inclusive of VAT)
  • Season runs from 10th of February to the 10th of December 2023.
  • Rent cover water, rates and use of Wi-Fi; hi-Speed Wi-Fi is available across the park.
  • Gas bottles to be bought through the cafe, New Barns will deliver them to your plot and connect them into place. (47kg costs £80 including VAT)
  • Each plot has its own electricity meter which is read 2-3 times each season and billed by invoice. (Current unit price is 34p including VAT)
  • All caravans and lodges must be insured.
  • For park wide safety you must have an annual service for your gas appliances - to be arranges through the park office.
  • NB: Caravans to be replaced after 15 full seasons
