If you choose to buy a lodge then provided that you maintain the up-keep of your lodge (in line with manufacturing guidelines) then your lodge can last for a period of time often up to 25 years and beyond.

If you are enquiring about a purchase price it is better to work with New Barns Caravan Park directly so that we can build in our Park fees, including delivery and siting.
Please note that not all models offered by these companies will be suitable either for the Park or the plot size so it is very important that you contact us before you make any commitment to buy to ensure that your chosen Lodge can be delivered on site and falls within the plot and our park licence requirements.
Siting Your Lodge
If your lodge is being delivered on site in one piece then, New Barns Caravan Park will take over the responsibility for siting it. If however your lodge is being delivered on site in more than one piece then we will work with your supplier respective to its siting.
The cost of a plot for the 2019 season including £2310 inc VAT and includes the cost of your water and rates due to South Lakeland District Council. Our plots park charges are reviewed on an annual basis. Each Lodge is connected to its own dedicated electric meter which is read between once and twice a year and invoiced to you by the Park. The current cost per unit of electric is 19p (including VAT), this price is again reviewed on an annual basis.
